Energy Work

All things that have matter have energy. Chakras, or energy centers of the body, are places of concentrated energy. Our auric field is generated from these focal points, and just like anything else in the body, it can experience dysfunction. Vedic practitioners suggest that an ailment of the physical body is a manifestation of the dysfunction of the energetic body. 

Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, and Polarity are gentle forms of energy medicine that utilize little to no physical touch to restore balance and flow to the energetic body. Some recipients experience sensations of warmth, feelings of peace, and occasionally an emotional release, while others simply feel rested.

Chakra Connection

The chakra connection helps to establish a balance between each of the primary chakras along the center of your body and the secondary chakras of major joints.

Chakra Spiral

$90 - 60 minutes

Once the primary and secondary chakras are connected the primary chakras are briefly opened allowing for greater relaxation and introspection. We dive deeper into the auric field to focus on specific areas of concern.
