  • Bath: 1-2 drops in a full bath
  • Diffuse: 3-10 drops in a diffuser or nebulizer, follow manufacturer's instructions
  • Massage: 1 drop to 10 ml (2 tsp) oil or cream, may be stronger for a liniment but do not exceed 3% dilution
