  • Oxidized oil can cause allergic responses


  • Bath: 4-6 drops in a full bath
  • Diffuse: 3-10 drops in a diffuser or nebulizer, follow manufacturer's instructions
  • Massage: 1-2 drops to 5 ml (1 tsp) oil or cream
  • Topical: 1 drop – neat application after a skin patch test
