Contraindications:

  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Do not use if gallstones are present
  • May cause irritation and photosensitivity

Applications:

  • Bath: 1-3 drops in a full bath
  • Diffuse: 3-10 drops in a diffuser or nebulizer, follow manufacturer's instructions
  • Massage: 1-2 drops to 5 ml (1 tsp) oil or cream
