Common Uses: Arthritic discomfort, memory stimulant, muscle and joint tension, respiratory infections, sinus congestion, and muscle sprain/strain

Contraindications:

  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Do not use with epilepsy Do not use with hypertension
  • Do not use with GI inflammation
  • Do not use with liver complaints
  • Do not use on children
  • Do not apply to the face
  • May increase liver metabolism of medications, use caution

Applications:

  • Bath: 1-3 drops in a full bath
  • Compress: 1-2 drops in warm water to soak a compress
  • Diffuse: 3-10 drops in a diffuser or nebulizer, follow manufacturer's instructions
  • Massage: 1-2 drops to 5 ml (1 tsp) oil or cream
  • Topical: 1 drop - neat application after patch test
