  • Bath: 1-3 drops in a full bath
  • Compress: 1-2 drops in warm water to soak a compress
  • Diffuse: 3-10 drops in a diffuser or nebulizer, follow manufacturer's instructions
  • Massage: 1-3 drops to 5 ml (1 tsp) oil or cream
