Services are scheduled by appointment only. Punctuality ensures you receive your service in its entirety.
Your appointment is set specifically for you; a minimum of 2 hours notice is required for canceling. Voice mail, text, or email are accepted if your call is unanswered. You are responsible for half of the cost the scheduled services or $30, whichever is greater, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 hours notice.
If you arrive late and part of your scheduled services can be performed, the remaining time of your scheduled appointment will be used efficiently, however you are responsible for the cost of the entire service.
You are responsible for the full cost of the services scheduled if you do not show up for an appointment. Prepayment will be required to schedule any future appointments.
